JBQ Display Board

I used Accent Essentials to cut the same shape and layer it bunches of times to echo the tie dye t-shirts in the photos. Can't wait to display this at church on Sunday morning. I know the kids and the parents will really enjoy it. JBQ stands for Junior Bible Quiz and the kids study really hard, but it's so rewarding to see them getting that scripture so deep in their hearts.

Butterfly Cupcake Toppers

This sweet butterfly came off the Once Upon a Princess cart for a challenge at Bitten by the Bug 2.  We celebrated my Joy's seventh bday today with a few homeschool friends.  I taped toothpicks to the backs of the butterflies and folded up the wings a bit for a little dimension.

Joy got a little knitting machine for her birthday yesterday and here's what she made:

Cindy Loo Paisley card

This was an image off of the Cindy Loo cart used with the coordinating embossing folder. The layering took awhile, but I'm happy with the result. I used my Scrappy Moms Stamps & photo paper for the white paper. Have a great day!

"Connection" Valentine

This was a fun challenge from The Cuttlebug Spot to use children's games as inspiration.  My kids are really into Connect 4 right now and the colors and design is so graphic and fun that I decided to use that as my springboard.  To keep things quick, I used a large heart punch and a white Souffle pen to write, "We have a CONNECTION, Valentine!"  Then I ran the whole front of the card through a nice spots embossing folder.  Hope you like it!

Joy's Paperdoll Invitations

I used my cricut rewards to order Paper Doll Dress Up. Joy (almost 7) and I love it!  It has the blackout feature on the doll bodies, so we get to use our Peachy Keen Stamps.  She embossed the dresses and cards with the cuttle bug and adhered the dolls with pop dots.  It was a fun mother/daughter project. ;) Comments welcome.

Birdie Birthday Wishes

I used the sweet birthday chick off of Once Upon a Princess. I embossed the sentiment and used pretty yellow glitter paper for the chick. This will be for a good chick-friend of mine's birthday coming up. I am submitting it to the BBTB2 challenge this week HERE. Have a blessed day.
