Cindy Loo Sweet Bird Card

This is that lovely flying bird from Cindy Loo and a gorgeous printable stamp from Sweet n Sassy Stamps for the Flying Bird Challenge at Bitten by the Bug 2. Pink glitter cardstock and some embossing and doodling with gel pens were other touches.

Sweet Blessings LO

This layout was created with the Bitten By The Bug 2 challenge in mind to use a birdhouse or birdcage. My birdhouse is from Cindy Loo along with the sentiment "Blessings". "Sweet" is off Create a Critter and the bird is Serenade. A Child's Year is the beautifully shaped mat. Can't wait for the perfect pic to fill this layout! Blessings to you, today, my friends!

Cindy Loo Paisley card

This was an image off of the Cindy Loo cart used with the coordinating embossing folder. The layering took awhile, but I'm happy with the result. I used my Scrappy Moms Stamps & photo paper for the white paper. Have a great day!

Joy's first Challenge!

My daughter, Joy, was beyond excited when I told her she could enter a challenge for kids on http://crazyaboutcricut.blogspot.com/! We found a $1 notebook, "very boyish", she said, but she changed that. I covered it for her and made the cuts (alphabet Cindy Loo), but she did the rest. She told me she wanted flowers and to put her name across the middle and what colors she wanted everything. She loves to cuttlebug and she stamped the faces on the flowers with my PKS, too. She is 6 and my husband says she is too much like me! LOL

Zig Zag Castle Card

I was really excited when I saw this idea in an old Usborne craft book. Of course, I had to cricut-ize the idea! I have been trying to come up with something to submit to the Made by Momo challenge, "Super Girly". I think this fits the bill! The castle is Cinderella's from Happily Ever After and the flowers are from Cindy Loo. Stickles, cuttlebugging, gel pens, and inking completed the look. It took a while, but I love the result.
